Lesson of the day, I'm not as strong as I thought!! Yesterday while I was working out, I started to run and felt a tweak in my ankle, so I stopped. In the evening's John and I go for a walk,  I suggested lets jog, I started to feel my ankle flair up, I pushed past the pain, and am now seriously paying for it! I have been hobbling around the house...UGH

On a brighter note here is a snap of Sage at piano practice, she's pretty amazing.....

 My daddy sent me this shot yesterday of Grandma, holding Luke. Ohh can't wait to see him

 Now the aftermath of the liquid Nitrogen! Hope it's worth it, I'm kinda the Guinea pig for a few of my friends, if my age spots disappear they are considering it as well....
