Ginger Snaps

Mom's Ginger Snap Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup of brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup of vege oil 1/2 teaspoon of ground cloves
1/4 cup of molasses 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 eggs 1 teaspoon of ginger
1/3 cup of white sugar (to roll your dough into 1/4inch balls in sugar)
Chloe is starting pre-school next Tuesday! Our house is turning into a pre-school, toys, books, everywhere!!
I love hot weather but this is getting Crazy! The humidity is a killer as well, I've never dealt with mildew, it's a battle our clothes have to be pulled right out of the washer into the dryer right away, or else!! Oh well not trying to complain, beach here I come!

Second batch of Ginger Snap cookies these were so good, the first batch were gone within a few hours! The long weird ones are Coco's cookies, and the one missing was momma making sure their not poison!

ReplyDeleteYEah, the mildew is annoying. At first I couldn't figure out what was happening, but our clothes were smelling like corn chips or some other nasty smell if they were left in the washer for any length of time after washing. :/ Frustrating. And a lot of our shirts are line dried, so there is no good way to get rid of that smell very often. :/
