Marriage advice

Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins. 1 Peter 4:8

Good morning, Kellys Korner ask's what is your best marriage advice?? Wow good question! John and I will be married 15 years August 6! Time really did fly. We have grown up together, I feel we know everything about each other. Marriage is not easy, it takes daily work, patients, tolerance, and most important LOVE! We spend A LOT of time together since John works from home,  this is most times a blessing, but others hard. So my advice would be to not let frustrations build up, but to lovingly talk about what it is that is bothering you! You must make it a point to set ground rules with your spouse where you can be heard as well as hear without getting offended. Each person feels like what they are saying is valid. And last but certainly not least if God is in the marriage everything can be worked out!!!

  4. Congratulations on 15 years! What a blessing & model it is to your children to have such Godly examples for their future spouses. Although many years away, it's important that they see you having God as the Center of marriage. We're at 27 yrs, and each day is still a blessing. Thank you for this post!
