Pregnancy stories

A good man out of the good treasure of his heart brings forth good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart brings forth evil. —Luke 6:45

Kelly's Korner asks, "How did you share to your husband and families you were pregnant?"
Well for our first born little John, we both were finishing up high school, when we learned that we were pregnant. We bought around 5 tests, not believing what we were seeing!! I knew in my heart it all would be ok, for our age we were responsible. Our parents weren't thrilled, of course since we were so young, but soon all of them came around and were excited for us. We married, and started our family.
We both finished school
With Sage we had the luxury of planning her, I took a pregnancy test when I was only about a week, the line was so faint, we told our families right away, I knew in my heart that Sage was a girl, I had her named her nursery done, all without ever having a ultrasound telling her sex! Talk about intuition...
Big brother was so excited to have a baby sister!
There is a six year gap between Sage and Sadie, we thought we were done having children. But life became super easy, kinda boring, we felt like something was missing! So with much prayer, council, we decided to have another baby. I had a light period between my last so I didn't know I was pregnant. Finally I started getting morning sickness, so I bought a test while John was at work. Positive!! I called  and told him to come home right away, he came home and I had the stick in my hand, he hugged me, we told the kids when they came home from school, they were so excited, and started fighting right away on if the baby was going to be a boy or girl!!
I always say Chloe snuck into my womb! I was nursing Sadie exclusively she never had a bottle. So I was noticing my stomach bloating, feeling super tired, peeing a lot! I had NO idea!  A friend suggested maybe your pregnant??? I said no way! The next morning she was at my door step with a pregnancy test, and wallah I was pregnant!! Three months to be exact! This was a blessing the pregnancy went sooo fast! And we all were blessed with a cute, funny, sweet little Chloe! By now it was no big deal when we told friends, and family that we were expecting!

 God bless today, Shirley
